Whether you’re in private training or attending our group classes at Z Core, you'll receive detailed-quality instruction; utilizing customized Pilates equipment that includes Reformer and Cadillac/Tower, in addition to the Chairs, Barrels and Mat. The equipment will greatly enhance your experience offering a fun challenge, variety and results! 

You will notice a profound difference both physically + mentally with a consistent Pilates practice. These mindful, concentrated movements you do in the studio translate into your daily life —increasing your body’s awareness allows you to move with more control, balance and ease. Strengthening and connecting to the Powerhouse lays a solid foundation to keep the body safe and free of injury. For the athlete, this is crucial for improving sport performance (yes, Pilates is one of the best ways to cross train!).

Liz | Owner + Teacher

Liz completed her comprehensive training through Power Pilates, an internationally recognized certification program and the leading educator of Classical Pilates. From the beginner to the athlete, Liz works with all fitness levels. With her positive and supportive approach to movement, she gives clients the self-confidence they need to get the physical results they're looking for; empowering clients through her passion and expertise in order to achieve their fitness goals and to live the best life they possibly can. In addition to Pilates, Liz is Barre Certified by exhale, and holds a certification in wellness counseling from eCornell.

Lottie has a keen eye and is a big fan of hands on assists (preferably belly rubs and butt scratches). Her energy levels are high so she’ll be at the studio just a few days a week….or by request!
