CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Mat: classical, full-body training, working in all planes of motion. Props may be added to support or enhance your workout. Open level allows for modifications and variations. Mats provided. Offered: Wed / Sat

Tower: Combines mat work with resistance training for strength and stabilization. Utilizing arm + leg springs, roll back and push-through bars. Offered: Tues / Thurs / Sat

Reformer: Work the springs with rhythm and flow on a moving apparatus to increase length, strength, and overall balance in the body. Offered: Mon / Wed / Fri

Tower or Reformer/Chair: Practice Pilates as a complete system. This class utilizes the Tower or Reformer + Chair — each apparatus improves the work of another! Offered: Tues/Wed at 4:30pm, Thurs at 5:00pm.
